[Yaesu] re Inrad 2.8 khz filters

Hello Fern,

I replaced both the Yaesu OEM filters with two 2.8 kHz Inrad filters.

There is a significantly difference between those filters! Not only for 
reception but for your transmitted signal too. I really highly recommend 
this change. IMHO it's one of the most important modifications you can 
do on your FT-1000D!

You don't have to reset anything. The only thing to know that it could 
be a bit difficult is to unsolder the OEM filter in the 2nd IF.
