I had my own issues with them. PLUS, one day they left a package at 
the end of my 350' driveway, under the mailbox, ON RECYCLING PICKUP 
day! Fortunately, I found it before the cardboard and paper was 
picked up.

 From my previous experience, I had the name and email of a supervisor 
at my delivery station, and gave 'em hell. Then, at a party, I met a 
woman who was a UPS driver, and learned that the rule is ON THE PORCH.

I haven't had a problem since.
