[Yaesu] FT100D stopped transmitting

My FT100D just died on transmit this afternoon.  I was running it mobile on 6 and 2 meters at 40 watts through the cigarette lighter.  Worked fine up until I got home.  I then took off the top case and replaced it with a top case in better condition. Hooked it back up to the Astron PS, and no transmit.  It switches into transmit,and the red light comes on, but there is no power out.  This is true for HF, 6 and 2 meters.  Did a full reset with no luck.

Any idea what might be wrong with it?  I don't think it is the finals since both HF and 6/2 died.  Or is anyone looking to buy a fixer upper or parts radio?  Tried calling Yaesu about it and their phone system was down, so I couldn't speak to tech support.
