[Yaesu] Last FT100D manufactured?

I recently picked up a Yaesu FT100D in the 3F serial number range, which would put the manufacture date in April, 2003.  I think this must have been near the end of the FT100D run, as the FT857 was out by that time, if memory serves me correct.  Does anyone know of the last serial number range for the FT100D?  Or do you have one with a serial number later than 3F?  Maybe we can figure it out that way.
