Hi Jens

I bought this transverter when they came onto the market in the late 1970s
and worked satellites with it for many years. I used my FT-301D as a driver
and it was my only UHF SSB transmitter until I bought an FT-847 in 2002.

The unit only requires a drive of 500mW for the full 10W output. The
FT-101ZD should have a low level RF output for connecting a transverter and
you will need an attenuator between the radio and the transverter. I use a
Microwave Modules attenuator to limit my input level, but you can easily
construct one from the handbooks.

Your FT-101ZD has FM and you will also be able to work the FM repeaters in
your area.

Do you need any specific information?

Hi all,

Have any of you successfully used a MTS 432/28S ??

If so are there any info out there on how to
go about it? Have not got the unit but considering.
