[Yaesu] re interfacing FT-767 to SB-200 amp

Been using the Soft-Key module from Harbach Electronics
(www.harbachelectronics.com) for years with my SB-200.  Protects the
transceiver from the SB-200 high keying voltage.  Cheap ($25) and easy to
install.
