Googling, I get a couple of Chinese hits that seem to say 13.8V15A, but 
one other in English for 13.8V, 4.5A (or maybe 5A), "for use with the 
FT-4809R/FT-680R/FT-780R transceivers".

Neither Yaesu, nor mods.dk, nor BAMA, has anything on it.  G'Luck!
