[Yaesu] Yaesu FT-857 CAT commands

Hi all,
In the manual for the FT-857 there are a number of CAT commands listed.
I know that the FT-857 support a huge number of commands "not" listed in 
the manual. If you have tried the Ham Radio Deluxe rig control/log 
program you probably noticed that every menu item in the FT-857 can be 
changed using the CAT interface.

Has anyone came across any listing of these not documented CAT commands?

First one that will set up a serial line sniffer and list everything 
going in and out from Ham Radio Deluxe to the FT-857 to back-track the 
CAT commands, I will by a beer. I have a free software serial port 
sniffer if anyone feels like giving the CAT interface a challenge?
