[Yaesu] Carrying strap

Hi all,
I guess my joke about the carrying strap went right over everyone's head.
What I was referring to was someone deciding the FT-2000 was a "top-drawer"
rig and that person never has even used one. Gee, it has a carrying strap
and the front panel is pretty.. hey, well that settles it, the FT-2000 is
the best rig ever made.
I see a lot of posts on eHam where someone rates a product as the best
ever, and they have either never used it at all, or perhaps they "took
delivery" of it an hour ago, or maybe yesterday.
And before you soil your undies, I have been a Yaesu fan since 1980. My
Mark 5 was damaged by lightning back in June, and I'd like to replace it
with a 200-watt version of the FT-2000.
Cheers,
WB4M
