[Yaesu] Best HF rig-results

I would definitely put the FT100D about 2 classes above the 706.  I have had
both, and the FT100D does a very nice job on HF. The 706MKIIG had one of the
worst receivers I have ever seen.  Couldn't get rid of it fast enough.
