[Yaesu] FT-625RD memory option info

Greetings,

Does anyone have any information on the Yaesu FT-625RD radio plug in 
memory option module. The manual makes mention of this module but gives 
no further information on it. I have, thus far, been unable to locate 
either a part number, detailed information, or schematics on it. I would 
like to try to duplicate the module circuit for my FT-625RD here. (Of 
course, if someone has a module available, I'd be interested in that as 
well.... :-)
