And why did you put new finals and a driver into it? Was the output low before?
What was the problem before, if there was one?
Does the bias set properly? Did you have to adjust it in some large amount, like half a turn of the pot or more?
What is the off-resonance plate current like? Out of dip will it go to 300 ma?
As noted by others, is this on all bands?
Any weird smells around the power supply board?
Perhaps you just got this rig in non-working condition. Do you know any of its recent history?
