[Yaesu] Battery life for VX2R

What is the typical battery life for the VX2R?  I just
picked up a used one, and have read that battery life
is kind of short.  However, mine seems really short,
so wonder if it needs a new battery. What kind of life
can I expect out of the stock battery?
