[Yaesu] FT-1000D with AF Out for Digital Modes

Jim,

The FT-1000D has one annoying problem ... the main receiver audio
is on the RING of the AF OUT jack.  It sounds as if you are using
a mono 1/8" (3.5 mm) plug.  If so, you are shorting the main RX
output to ground!

Use a stereo (tip/ring/sleeve) 1/8" (3.5 mm) audio cable to the
computer line in and select the RIGHT channel in MMTTY.
