Hi Fern,

The E-747 and the D4000019 from what I remember are the same thing.

I tried making one but could not find a source of the
Molex plug in the UK, plenty if I wanted to buy a batch
of 1,000 but not just one.

Eventually I found the cable on EBAY, the seem to turn-up pretty
frequently.
