[Yaesu] FT1000D sub receiver problem, need help.

I just put the rig on the air after it being off for about 6 months. I am new owner, came from my uncle's estate. 
 
The sub receiver does not appear to be changing frequencies even though the display changes. I have checked the antenna connections through to the 2nd receiver board and they are working. It's on the same band as the main receiver and there is the same level of back round noise. I did a processor reboot and no change.
 
When I turn the dial, nothing I can hear changes.
 
I ran through the Yaesu archieves and didn't see this problem. Anyone out there ever had this before?
