[Yaesu] Help: Yaesu FC-102 Tuner "Peak" Function Problem

Good evening to all on the list.

I have a problem with the "peak" function of the watt meter in my Yaesu FC-102
tuner. The watt meter RMS function works correctly but the peak position
displays approximately 1/2 the correct output. Specifically, if I feed the
tuner with a 100W CW carrier, as measured on a Bird 43, the tuner will read
100W in the RMS position but approximately 50W in the peak position.

The manual doesn't provide any voltages, resistance readings nor other
troubleshooting information. Does anybody have experience working on this
tuner, specifically the peak reading circuit, PB-2381? Any help and/or
suggestions are appreciated.
