[Yaesu] Yaesu FC-102 Tuner "Peak" Function Problem

Good afternoon to the list.

I have a FC-102 that reads about 1/2 the proper output power when in the "Peak"
mode. In the "RMS" mode it reads correctly. I am using a CW carrier as the test
signal. I have the manual but there is no voltage or other troubleshooting
information provided. Has anybody worked on the peak hold unit, PB-2381? Can
you provide any assistance or suggestions?
