[Yaesu] Tube rigs

and I think the first hybrid...mostly solid state with vacuum  tube finals 
and speech amp ( 6146/12by7a)  rigs  included the FT-101zd, FT901DM, 
FT902DM...all fantastic rigs that still serve well today.  ie my 901 and 902 still see  
primary duty on all bands.  160-10...and your arely see them for sale on eBay 
for reasons of performance and  outstanding reliability.
