[Yaesu] Another FT857 mystery

FT100D comes standard with:
 500 Hz CW filter ($149 option for FT857)
 High stability oscillator ($89 option for FT857)
 DSP ($59 option for the FT857)
 Wide-band receive (n/a for FT857)

Adding those three options would add $297 to the price of the FT857, making its
"normal" cost nearly $1100 (ignoring the free DSP and mail-in rebate) compared
to the FT100D's $899.
