Well, perhaps I've been given incomplete information and I really
shouldn't claim to be an expert.  Since you mention a digital
"transition" channel, are the current DTV assignmenments temporary?  I
was under the impression that they are permanent.

I know this is OT, but it would help to explain why 80 MHz is the
planned upper cutoff frequency for BPL.
