If you do a search on Google for "Broadband Power Line" or Broadband Over
Power Line" you'll see there are hits to the ARRL site. ARRL has been
very proactive over this issue. You should review their web site on all
the various avenues they are pursuing on this issue.
Seaches on "BPL" also include things like the Boston Public Library, BPL
Mobile, Berkeley Public Library, etc.
