Yes, but what about the spaces? The spaces are equally important
to the length of the dot and dash and the ratio between them....
There are three spaces in International Morse Code,
The space between dots and dashes within a character =
length of the dot....
The space between characters = to 3 times the length of dot.
The space between words = to 5 times the length of dot.
These are "fixed amounts", not variable....
When you have a character with both dots and dashes, you
may not close the other side of the paddle on time and get
a gap, I think the biggest problem....
