Hi Clair.

I haven't tried the Yaesu filters in the '920, but I can vouch that the
INRAD filters are very good.  You can check them out at:

I have the 400 Hz CW, and 6 kHz AM filters installed.  At some point I
may add a better SSB filter as well.  You might also check out their
filter switch kit option for the '920 which allows some filter
combinations not available with the stock '920, such as being able to
switch between the stock SSB filter and a narrow INRAD filter.

I've installed INRAD filters for about 10 years now and have been very
satisfied with their product.
