[Yaesu] VX-1 Programming

UPDATE:

Out of the blue the VX-1 started accepting programming uploads.   The only
thing I have done different is having the rig connected to the charger while
sending to it.  I tought about trying to send with the charger disconnected
but after so much trouble getting to take I decided to leave it alone.
