I have received several replies with the same suggestion--templates. Maybe some of you missed it. I indicated in my original e-mails that several templates were created and tried with no luck. Tried to do it from my laptop as well with the same results. I also tried changing com port speeds and handshaking with the same negative results. Still trying... Thanks, Carlos. KF4RRN
