A note to anyone considering either radio. If you do not like
or are unable to remember menu settings, stay away from either
radio or any menu driven radio. I love the menu radios
personally. It usually takes me about 3 days of use to know
where everything is in the menu system. After that, it is
free sailing. I have the 706 MK II and can run through the
menus while driving without having to look at them, as long as
I remember where I left it... Many/most complaints with
either radio is the persons inability to remember what is
where...
my $0.01 worth.
