I have an IC 706 MK ii g that I use mobile. I do know someone who just sold
his FT 100 he was using mobile due to the menu issue while driving. I love
my 706 don't have a dog in the hunt regarding the FT 100 but have been told
it's a darned good radio too. I did see something on the list about Icom
service being bad? but I have heard a lot more bad stuff about Yaesu service
than Icom.
