[Yaesu] dial problem on ft767gx

I've recently developed a problem with the digital dial on my 767. It =
seems that after the unit warms up, the dial will not work correctly as =
I try to tune to a frequency. As I turn the dial, it seems that the =
frequency reading gets stuck for about a third of a turn and then picks =
back up again as I continue to turn the dial. Anyone ever experienced =
this before? Is it an easy fix or will I have to send it off for repair?
