[Yaesu] FT100D and Crossband repeating

Here is my latest idea for going 6 meter SSB bicycle
mobile, and from the office.  I am looking for a
device which will allow me to crossband repeat with my
FT100D and another FM radio.  I want it to take a
signal which is being received on the FT100D, say on
50.125 USB and rebroadcast it on, say, 445.00 FM using
the other FM rig.  This way I can receive it on my HT.
 Then, any signal on 445.00-from my HT, using the
separate FM rig will be rebroadcast on 50.125 USB
using the FT100D.  The kenwood TS2000 I used to have
would do this.  

Does anyone know of an interface that will allow such
operation with a FT100D and another FM rig?
