[Yaesu] VX5R question-another one

I have a question about the VX5R operation.  Forgot to
include this question also.  Is there a way to change
frequencies or memories other than using the knob on
top?  In other words, are there up/down keys for freqs
or memories?  Doesn't look like it according to the
manual.
