While that may be true, and indeed is the case as regards the Radio Act=20
(intercepted communications may not be divulged or used) the wording of the=
=20
Criminal Code, on the other hand, is very specific and makes no distinction=
=20
based on intended use of information received,only on the interception of a=
=20
private/priviledged communication.
