hi dean, cell phone privacy laws were never intended to stop folks like you
and me from listening to the "neighbors".  it is intended to prevent
business espionage and or privileged information from falling into the wrong
hands..  if , for example, you put your competitor out of business and it
could somehow be proven that you "stole" proprietary information thru "cell
taps" you would then be facing "slammer time"  regards  paul w8jn
