[Yaesu] Ft-100d vhf meter deflection

Hello Jay.....
    My FT-100D, purchased May 2003, does the same thing. You haven't done
anything "wrong", I think the radio has a conservative s-meter. Apparently,
you can go into the "hidden menus" and change this and other settings. Info
on the menus can be found at www.mods.dk . I just never bothered looking
into mine.
