[Yaesu] Part Number??

Hello
I have a Yaesu FT-8000R that has broken pins/wires on the small black plug 
that connects the small PC board that supports the volume/squelch pot on the UHF 
side, and connects it to the main PC board (in the head). The main board side 
of the plug has all three leads broken or pulled loose from its solder 
joints!!

I'd like to order a new plug, and a part number would come in handy! Can 
anyone supply me with the part number? Also, need the phone number of Yaesu Parts.
