[Yaesu] Aftermarket HT Batteries?

NiMH batteries will charge just as well on any charger made for
NiCD style....the LiOn batteries are the ones to be careful of..
they include a micro in the pack to prevent the pack from being charged too quickly or overcharged and the delta V or delta T style chargers most Ni style batteries use will NOT charge them properly...(I found out the hard way on that!)

I avoided NiMH batteries due to some reports of problems with NiCad
chargers 
not well suited for them. So rather than take a chance I stuck with
NiCads.
