[Yaesu] Help re problems with Yaesu customer service dept

Can anyone please help with being able to contact someone at Yaesu regarding
getting proper information regarding servicing a Yaesu FL-7000 amplifier. I
have sent emails to Chip without even getting as much as a confirmation or
reply of any sort!! Sounds like very poor customer service department and
hopefully I will hear from them  shortlyh or next time I will have to think
twice before purchasing any of their products.
