Does Anyone Have Any Info On Where I Can Purchase a LSI 40 Pin Counter Chip For The FT-107M...Part # MSM9520RS

It Is the Big IC On The Counter Board..
My Display Is Not Displaying the Frequency as I Tune across the Individual Bands ..  Just Displays  91.014...
