[Yaesu] ft-847 transmit mod

Dale,

I have the Yaesu FT-847 Frequency Expansion Bulletin in front of me, and
it states that the mod is performed by adding solder bridges to JP1001,
JP1002, and JP1003 on the AF-CONT unit.  You then press and hold the
LOCK and FAST buttons while turning the unit on, then release the
buttons and turn the unit off.  That is it.  The Bulletin warns to not
attempt to transmit on 33 MHz to 37 MHz.  To reverse this mod, simply
remove the three solder bridges and do the button routine again.

Since you appear to have no solder bridges installed, yet your FT-847
has the expanded ranges, someone must have hacked your rig big-time. 
Bummer!
