[Yaesu] Need un-mod for FT-530

I have my trusty old Ft-530 that's been mod'ed to do
wide band receive and transmit.  I'd like to un-mod it
back to stock USA band plan (so that ARS will work again).

Problem is, I can't remember how the jumpers used to be
set.  Does anyone know?  It's one of the 'middle' FT-530s
where it didn't have the straight two rows of pads,
but the #15 pad was a vertical 0 ohm resister.  

Anyone know which pads should and should not be bridged?
A picture is worth a thousand words--if someone with a stock
FT-530 has one. :)
