[Yaesu] Hello FT1000/D and Mark V users, please read..

this is a copied and pasted message from Alpha which some of you might have
already have known...but I sure didn't. I run a pretty low and resonant
antenna farm and I saw nothing about this in my manual for my Alpha 91B. It
might be of interest to owners if these fine rigs. If this has been hashed
out before..I apologize but I have never seen anything about it on the

No, the paragraph below is about the limits when you ARE running with
the amp off or in Standby and the radio is at full output.  When the amp
is on the input relay only has the drive power of 50 or 60w through it.
