[Yaesu] Yaesu FTC-5340

Greetings fellow amateur operators:

I've recently come into posession of an old Yaesu FTC-5340 UHF radio, =
missing the PROMS.

Anyone know where I can get some, AND have them programmed for a nominal =
fee?

I'm not even sure if this radio works, so I probably should have it =
tested.
