I bought a used Yaesu VHF radio without a microphone. I contacted Yaesu
Japan to enquire about the companion mic, its price and shipping.
Yaesu never replied. Instead, I received a cordless infrared mic free of
charge and delivered to my front door.

| *parts* service and availablity is most excellent. I can give a
| number of instances where the support for their older equipment
| has pleasantly surprised me. I have found the prices to be quite
| reasonable too.

| Overall, compared to the "other two" I've found Yaesu to be
| better on replacement parts in availability, delivery and price.
