I like receiving the responses sent to the reflector. This way, I get to
see answers to questions, problems, comments, opinions, etc. that are
posted. When someone responds directly to the person who posted the
enquiry, you don't get to read their views, suggestions, etc. Receiving
all the messages has the advantage of receiving any and all replies. Under
the old system, that didn't happen. Of course, we all end up getting many
more messages but they are easily deleted. If the reply is considered to
be "too personal" the respondent can simply cut and paste to reply directly
without posting to the reflector and this is not a big problem.
