[Yaesu] FM Receive On FT-757GX

hi all
   There could be another problem on the 757... I just repair one with this
problem . The rig was squelch on receive only in FM .  Turn out that is
wasn't the FM chip , BUT leaky diode in the Bandpass filters (A common
Problem on these rigs) What was happening is  the Xmit  +8 Volts had 3 volts
floating on it in receive just enough to activate the  squelch in receive.
Normal operation in the circuit is to mute the FM in transmit. Change the
diode & all was well !!
