[Yaesu] Adjustment?

How did you manage to adjust it?  I haven't been able to figure it
out.  The range you give resembles the RIT range but I'm sure the
figure displayed after Fast and Packet buttons are pushed has nothing
to do with RIT.

Diddo- I'd sure like to know what this parameter is doing.

It has a range of -9.99...+9.99. I tried adjusting it, but
did not notice any differences in transmit or receive.
