You want to get Yaesu Tech bulletin TB-93201
This is whats done

D1005, D1006 from 1SS83RE to DIN60-4070 Yaesu part #
G2060013

D1007-D1012
D1014,D1016,D1018
D1020,D1022,D1024 from 1SS83RE to 1SV157-T? (bad copy) Yaesu # G2060014
D1026,D1028,D1030 think its -T1 but not sure
D1032,D1034,D1036
D1038,D1064

Some people used a HP diode instead but that one was very expencive.
In my radio I used a cheap Phillps PIN diode BA479 and it works just
excelent, didnt cost many cents each.

73 good luck Jim SM2EKM

PS: Think the HP diode was HP2800-5400 or something close. Anyway,
since I know the BA479s works thats what I would use.
