[Yaesu] FT-1000D PIN Diode Mod

Hi Walter....

My FT-1000D service manual shows only those on the
antenna side of the bandpass filters replaced. I
count 20 of type 1SV157. Diodes 1005 and 1006 were
replaced with 1N60's. An E-mail from Chip Margelli
confirmed that this was the elusive PIN diode mod.
He stated that the diodes were available from the
Yaesu parts dept but an E-mail to them was never
answered. I'm presently researching PIN diode
switches to see if I can come up with an alternative.
I can find no info on the 1SV157's anywhere!
