[Yaesu] 1000MP Display Unit

Hi Folks
I recently requested information on this reflector from anybody, if a =
modification has been done to the dc inverter board by Yaesu.  For the =
third time this board has failed on my 1000MP.  Over the past two weeks =
or so I have emailed Vertex USA and have yet to hear from them.  Does =
anyone know the 'secret code' to get through to these people so I can =
get my rig running again.  They just dont appear to want to know you.
The Yaesu Company's motto was 'Performance without Compromise. Not a =
Slogan but a Commitment." - what is their new motto??
