[Yaesu] ft767gx problem

I have a 767 gx that received some damage. I was wiring it with a Kenwood
through a switch to an antenna when I apparently routed the wires so it
ended up that the Kenwood terminated into the 767. Bright move I know.
Anyway, when  I tried to key up the Kenwood into what I thought was a dummy
load, I was sending about 60 watts into the 767. What caught my attention
was that a light shown form the bottom of the 767 and I quickly cut it off.
I find that now the 767 has a reduced sensitivity and that signals are much
lower on this radio than on another.  Any ideas on what may have been
effected?
